Delayed Startup & Program Manager v2. Control what runs when you login.

Features

• Delay or stop items in the startup folder & registry run keys
  • For the current user ("you"), or all users ("everyone")*

• Different startup modes for this program, can be run: "never", "if delayed items exist", "always for me", "always for everyone"

  • Safe as in a legitimate program, not if you can delay/stop it

Some items cannot be delayed, but as a general rule, if the program has a "don't load at startup" option, it can be done.

**   Other languages are available only if language files exist. Language files are user submitted,

Delayed items are delayed... this means that they don't run immediately - thereby speeding up the loading of programs at startup - performance can vary.

Delaying "all users" items (pro edition only) require that the program run for all users in order for the delayed items to run for others.
