Support Options

Whenever possible, please include the "log.dat" file that's in the program's install folder (default: C:\Program Files\Quantum Rift Software\Home Movie Library\) & the "desired.txt" file if that exists.

• log.dat
  • The run log of the program, contains every compact/repair, error, startup/shutdown of the program.
  • No personal information exists.
• Desired.txt
  • The desired.txt file contains anything that you have entered for desired changes, and may not exist if you've entered nothing through the program (item in the "help" menu).
  • We'd use these for suggestions, but doesn't mean they'd be done.
