Family Medical Records

Ever go to a doctor and have to fill out paperwork, and not remember everything? Or perhaps just had a test done that you didn't remember all the answers that they needed. Maybe you just have a friend or relative that might not remember their doctor's names, appointments, or even problems they have because of an illness. Or maybe you just want to keep track of all your medical conditions for your use, or for your family.

For any of those reasons, or even for a "just in case..." reason, this program is for you!

Right now, it's still in development, so input is appreciated (although you won't get anything for giving any). However, we are considering having Beta testers for this program!
