Privacy Statement
What we collect
In order for items to be shipped, we require your name, billing address, phone number,
mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card information.
The only information that we ever share with others is required information for the processing
and shipping of your purchase. That is, PayPal for payment, and United States Postal Service
(USPS) for shipping.
PayPay is used for the credit/bank card transactions. Currently they have a method of
using their service without having to have an account with them. Otherwise
please review their terms of service - they are a separate entity and we have no power
over their privacy statements.
The only contact that you will receive form us is in the event of a problem during shipment
billing, or other unforseen circumstance. The default way is e-mial, then regular mail.
If you choose to be notified of any updates, an e-mail will have to be sent to us requesting so.
Information We Automatically Collect
Cookies
Cookies can (may) be used for the shopping cart & the forum. The web server itself may store a
cookie on the computer, but none of our pages on the main site use cookies. Meaning that if you block
cookies on our pages, everything (other than the shopping cart & forum) should work.
IP Address
Your IP address is automatically logged by the servers. It also logs which pages are visited
on out site, and which files are downloaded. This information is used solely to created statistics
and potentially bandwidh usage. The information in the log may be shared with a law inforcement agency
or to PayPal or your credit card issueing company (if you placed an order) in the event of a problem
(fradulent credit card) or court order.
Sharing of Information
Aside from the previously mentioned third parties for transactions and other conditions listed,
no personally identifiable information is shared with other entities.
We do not Sell, Rent, or Lease our customer database, nor automatically subscribe you
to any e-mail, telephone, or FAX lists.
